BECAUSE WE KNOW PETS ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF A FAMILY, THE KATHRYN IS A PET-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY.
- Two pets maximum per apartment home
- $300 refundable deposit and $300 non-refundable fee due at the time of lease
- Pet rent of $15 per pet per month
